Podemos estar preocupados puntualmente, o podemos tener una tendencia a estar en continua evaluaci\u00f3n, analizando, anticipando, reflexionando.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sabemos que preocuparnos no nos vale de nada. Si no sucede aquello que tememos, el malestar habr\u00e1 sido en vano. Si finalmente ocurre lo temido, ese tiempo invertido en prepararnos, no nos ser\u00e1 \u00fatil tampoco. Sentiremos igual una p\u00e9rdida, un despido, una ruptura de pareja, o un accidente de trafico. Haber pensando antes en ello, no reducir\u00e1 la intensidad de nuestra respuesta emocional<!--more-->.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto, que a veces resulta f\u00e1cil de entender, no siempre lo sentimos as\u00ed. La preocupaci\u00f3n, se vuelve una herramienta en la que yo, me preocupo, con la esperanza de que, si pasa lo que anticipo, me sentir\u00e9 mejor, m\u00e1s preparad@ y con m\u00e1s control.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pero, \u00bfPor que seguimos preocup\u00e1ndonos, incluso, volvi\u00e9ndonos obsesivos?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si efectivamente, nuestra tendencia es preocuparnos de forma obsesiva, el an\u00e1lisis de todo aquello que nos rodee ser\u00e1 importante para nosotros. Observaremos y analizaremos como si cada dato encontrado nos vaya a ser de utilidad m\u00e1s adelante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si nos identificamos con este comportamiento, probablemente, nos encantar\u00e1 aprender, ser cultos, conocer materias, ciencias, actividades diferentes, almacenar datos y por tanto sabidur\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este caso, el conocimiento vendr\u00e1 asociado a la sensaci\u00f3n ilusoria de control. En nuestros an\u00e1lisis profundos, nos centraremos m\u00e1s en peque\u00f1os detalles, en detrimento de un an\u00e1lisis global y generalizado. Estaremos intentando que \u00abtodo\u00bb nos encaje.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Necesitaremos analizar todo con el fin de no sentirnos en una situaci\u00f3n de \u00abcaos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analizando en todo momento lo que nos sucede, en lugar de sentir, y realizar una escucha corporal, nos dar\u00e1\u00a0la sensaci\u00f3n de mantener los sentimientos bajo control. Siendo este el punto en el que muchas personan se definen m\u00e1s \u00abmentales\u00bb que \u00abemocionales\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este aspecto resulta interesante ya que nos pone en la pista de que, si queremos dejar de pensar tanto, y por tanto, reducir la sintomatolog\u00eda asociada (malestar, miedo, tensi\u00f3n, ansiedad, etc) ser\u00e1 \u00fatil que empecemos a permitirnos la expresi\u00f3n y vivencia emocional.
