Ejemplo de ello son situaciones sociales como pedir un favor, solicitar un cambio de turno en el trabajo, terminar el proyecto de la carrera, organizar el escritorio, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A corto plazo posponer nos aporta bienestar, alivio, pero a largo plazo, si es un h\u00e1bito muy frecuente, har\u00e1 que aparezcan cr\u00edticas sobre c\u00f3mo deber\u00edamos de haber actuado, sentimientos de culpa y s\u00edntomas de ansiedad y depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estar en este c\u00edrculo tampoco nos permitir\u00e1 disfrutar del tiempo de ocio y descanso, debido a la sensaci\u00f3n de tareas pendientes, de estar evitando algo que \u00abdeber\u00edas hacer\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes de etiquetarnos como vagos o perezosos, es importante saber que cuando aplazamos las cosas pendientes, no es una conducta meramente irracional, si no que habr\u00e1 que considerar nuestra vulnerabilidad a las cr\u00edticas, al fracaso o al propio perfeccionismo.
