Tambi\u00e9n es probable que este a\u00f1o, no hayas tenido vacaciones. Bueno, me centro en este periodo porque las vacaciones son un ejemplo fant\u00e1stico de lo que hoy quiero compartir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Vivir el momento. Esa capacidad para estar aqu\u00ed y ahora aprovechando, centrando toda nuestra atenci\u00f3n en lo que estamos haciendo. Yo escribiendo, y t\u00fa, imagino (y espero) leyendo el art\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">La cuesti\u00f3n es que nos es muy dif\u00edcil conseguir estar al 100% en la actividad que nos ocupa. Nuestra mente tiene la capacidad de viajar, de recordar las pasadas vacaciones, de recordar aquellos momentos que hemos vivido tan agradables, o aquello infortunios que no esper\u00e1bamos. No s\u00f3lo eso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Como hemos visto en alguna ocasi\u00f3n, ocupamos gran parte del tiempo anticipando momentos, problemas, situaciones, decisiones, que estar\u00e1n por venir. Pensamientos tanto agradables como desagradables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Esta dificultad en estar enteramente centrados se relaciona con la felicidad. Con nuestro nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n sobre la vida. Como nos muestra Matt Killingsworth en el v\u00eddeo, divagar, pensar en otra cosa, es una actividad que es omnipresente, que realizamos constantemente y que se relaciona directamente con nuestro nivel de felicidad. A mayor divagaci\u00f3n, parece ser que menos felicidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Y esto tiene su explicaci\u00f3n. No disfrutamos del presente, de lo que tenemos aqu\u00ed delante, de nuestro d\u00eda libre, de la excursi\u00f3n que estamos haciendo, del ba\u00f1o en el mar, sino que es probable que nuestra mente est\u00e9 planificando otro momento, quiz\u00e1s adelantando que en cinco d\u00edas tenemos que volver al trabajo y no queremos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Generalmente, adem\u00e1s, esas divagaciones suelen tener un contenido negativo, con lo cual, no s\u00f3lo no disfrutamos plenamente, sino adem\u00e1s, nos estamos \u201ccontaminando\u201d de un futuro probable.
