Es la actitud en la que yo soy consciente de mis necesidades y las hago respetar.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ser asertivo, es fundamental conocer cuales son nuestros derechos como personas, ya que muchas veces, nos sentimos mal, por acciones que deber\u00edan ser tan naturales como poner l\u00edmites, decir <strong>No<\/strong> o pedir aquello que necesitamos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, tenemos una muestra de esos derechos. Un buen ejercicio puede ser leerlos e imaginarnos a nosotros mismos en cada situaci\u00f3n y visualizar c\u00f3mo nos\u00a0sentimos en ellas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si te generan malestar, incomodidad y\/o sueles evitarlas, toma nota.
